Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cupdash.co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once your return package is received, the item(s) will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund. Refund approvals are determined after inspection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within approximately 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened consumable products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
